According to this Bond article, Moody is set to review Sun's debt ratings due to the decrease in profitability and market share decline in systems and may downgrade the debt rating. Sun's Debt rating is currently Baa1.

However, if Sun can increase theirservice salses to offset pushing into lower profit areas such a slow end servers; this may be a mute point if Sun can sho an increase in profits in current fiscal year.
