No, it's not, but it should be. Java.blogs and .NET Weblogs are two of my favourite sites, but the signal to noise ratio is quite horrible on both. (I am the first to admit that I am a contributer to said noise.) What I love about Java.blogs is the Popular Entries link, that shows the most viewed posts of the day. It's not perfect, I would prefer a rolling 24 hour window for ranking posts as I think morning posts have a much better shot at the title, but it certainly beats scrolling through every entry of the day.

So how 'bout it Mike? I'm sure Scott from .NET Weblogs has a copy of Orion sitting around gathering dust just itching for the Java.blogs WAR file. ;)
