i want to know how JAVA ENVIORMENT IS set on linux redhat7.0 so that mysqldriver can connect to database

Assuming you have JDK installed, add lines (as root) to/etc/profile


JAVA_HOME=/usr/java/whatever
CLASSPATH=.:driver1.jar:driver 2.jar
PATH=$JAVA_HOME/bin (guess you already have this)


Login again or reboot.
