i modifie and I rebuild a file while a java program, and i want this modifications be validate in the next part of the program

Reread the file.
Every file has a time associated with when it is last modified. This is returned as a long value with the method:
lastModified()

So that makes it easy for a comparison of before and after or now and some later time to decide whether to logically do something different with a file.
