hello,
I want to knew how to creeate a DLL file from my Turbo C program to be used by my Java program as a native code (JNI : Java Native Interface).
please help me.

I almost certain that Turbo C has the necessary tool to create DLL files. You might need to find a fancier (and more expensive) compiler
