i have developed a Client Server based Chat System in Java.All the UI Components i have used are awt components. I want to give the support for multipls colours as well as multiple font types for chatting. Write now i am using TextArea.But it does not allow to change color and fonts for selected text.
I know that this functionality is supported by swing JTextPane.But this has to be doine using awt only....pls help me..
