hello , can anyone help me in this.. i am converting an applet to an java application. everything works fine but i can't play the audio file in an application(wav, mp3).. does any 1 knows how in which class of the api must i look at. Sample codes of the Stream i need to create is greatly appreciated .THANKS

Checkout JMF (Java Media Framework). You can find it on http://java.sun.com/products/java-media/jmf/2.1.1/
