I typed a programme as it is in the java complete reference text2 3 edition.
In the programme comments it is return that it is not an applet but an application.
When i compiled it there was no errors but wehe i run it an error occured as java.lang exception.

what should i do.How could i connect it with the open and save items while making a notepad.
