I have a strange problem, In my applet chat, When I am trying to run the client in IE , It shows a gray box and gives following mesage in status bar

error:java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:java/util/vector:method add(Ljava/Lang/object;)Z not found

Though it is running fine in Appletviewer. Help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Unless you have followed the instructions on Sun's web site for setting up the JVM for IE, you are using Microsoft's ancient Java 1.0 JVM and libraries.
