Try manually removing iPlanet entries from the registry if you are using Windows NT 4.0 SP 6. and then retry the installation procedure.

To delete the registry entries....

Delete the complete folder [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/IPLANET]
Delete the entries from [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/ControlSet001/Services/
(all iplanet stuff [for ex: there are some entries starting with https-, slapd, admin...]) Delete the entries from [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/ControlSet002/Services/
(all iplanet stuff [for ex: there are some entries starting with https-, slapd, admin...]) Delete the entries from [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Services/ (all iplanet stuff [for ex: there are some entries starting with https-, slapd, admin...])

If i'm not mistaken, Mr. Sharma, INT team?
I apologize if it be any other person.
