I need to create an SMS composer/reader client with variable font size for a friend who can't read the small characters often used.

Since I don't want to wast TOO much time: Is something like that even possible (of course his cell phone does support Java)?

Or does someone know the download location for a tool like that?

Would be interesting if I'd still be a student or would reside in the USA - or would get paid for the job, so I could afford it.

But i'm doing all this as a favor and have to research the problem without spending any money ;).
