Hi,

I'm installing Tomcat 4.0 in my company computer, which is using Windows NT 4.0. I downloaded jakarta-tomcat-4.0.4.zip from the following website:
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-tomcat-4.0/release/v4.0.4/bin/

I've set JAVA_HOME and CATALINA_HOME. When I run:
%CATALINA_HOME%\bin\startup.bat, I got the following error message:
Cannot find the file '-Djava.endorsed.dirs=d:\tomcat40\bin;d:\tomcat40\common\lib' (or one of its components).

What's the problem? Please help!
