i have not been able to find a free java program. if any of you would be nice to send me a program so i can learn and build a website!!!!

That's a really vague question.

You can get a onliner JSP program by Googling
HelloWorld.jsp

Or here's a free java one:


import java.io.*;
public class HelloWorld{
    public static void main(String []args){
         System.out.println("Hello World");
    }
}


Try to be a little more specific, I'm sure you'll
