I would like to know if it is possible to create RTP sessions in an applet

Give it a try, it should be a quick and easy test. I'm betting it won't work though.

By the way do you expect to be mulitcasting on the server's network or the client's?

thanks for answering

I already gave it a try and it didn't work, of course...
I'm going to try to make a dedicated connection with a servlet and the servlet handles all connections.
What do you think?
