Just browse the forum, will you !
There is was entire thread about it not so long ago !
There is also a few compilers that could generate elf / exe / ... files but they usually meet a very hard problme GUI.

Here is the GNU Java compiler : http://gcc.gnu.org/java/download.html
It is certainly not the only one !

As Thomas said, browsing the forum will probably do the trick, but you could also try searching the forum, searching the forum archives and searching google and you will find plenty of information, discussion and tools relating to this subject.
