We had the problem to print applet in IE, here is what we did and it fixed the problem.
- Upgrade your IE to 6.0
- Install Sun Java Plug In (JDK1.2 above)
- Configure the IE to use the Sun Java Plug In instead of its own VM.
It works pretty well to have the applet printed. Hope this helps.
