I am trying to compile the EJB and gives the following error

Package javax.ejb not found in import.
import javax.ejb.*;

Probably you need to provide more information.

Are you sure that everything is correctly referenced in the classpath?

I don't want to sound conceited but did you already installed J2EE because javax.ejb is part of the J2EE API and not of J2SE, that could be your problem.
