Does anyone know wich Java Runtime ver IBM Websphere 4.0.3 is using?

WSAD is using any JVM you want !
It is based on eclispe & therefore doesn't rely on a specific JVM.
You should however be very carefull that the default install is using 2 different VM & they are not perfectly configured --> some extremely hard to debug Excetpion.
Hint : Search for the rt.jar used !
