I have the following problem:
I'd like to make an applet which draws 10 rectangles. These rectangles must have a random length and saved in an array. When this all is drawn they must be sorted out on the bubblesort method.

Please help me, thanks

Gosh, this sounds like a real world problem. You couldn't possibly be asking us to do your homework for you, could you? Maybe you could really work up a sweat and try writing a few lines of code yourself. And just maybe, if you have trouble (such as trying to figure out the right prototype for main()) you can post a specific question. I'm surprised you made the exceptional effort to actually type in this question, were you unable to find a scanner so you could just scan in the homework assignment? Maybe the assignments are posted on the school web site and you could save yourself some trouble in the future by just posting the url of the current assignment.

I already know how to draw these rectangles with an random length, but I don't know how these values are saved in an array.

Nice reply Chet !
Actually the people like that on the market the better (more expensive) we could / can sell ourselves :-D

I always wandered what bothered most these people in Hard Work ...

Is it the word Hard or Work ?

Actually, in general, I feel Work gives the biggest part of the trouble... but I have to admit, in this specific case, the guy made it to the point of rephrasing the assignement... I believe he may have that to his credits :-)))))

Thomas,

p.s. : May be Bill could post a warning like :
No sluggish question on this forum !
