Animated Gifs in JAVA

I saw an applet on the Internet that could draw animated gifs. I know this because I got the class files (and images). The same animations used in the program were found in the gifs. Does anyone know how to draw animated gifs??

you just have to put the animated gif in a jlabel

JLabel label=new JLabel(new ImageIcon("animated.gif"));

Or you can make them in java with the java media framework (you can download that at java.sun.com)

u can draw animated gifs in photoshop

Ah ha, so all you have to do is write an applet that contains PhotoShop! That should be easy enough.
