I'v put mm.mysql-2.0.12-bin.jar and org folder to %J2EE_HOME%\lib\system. I also set CLASSPATH to the directory. What else I should do? Where can i get more information on this topic?

you can unpack mm.mysql-2.0.4-bin.jar and put it to folder in where placed your file *.class
